THE ONLINE SHOP PACKAGE You have great products on offer, let’s help get them sold
Whether you create one of a kind items from your home studio or have a warehouse full of items, we will create an online store designed and developed exactly for your special products. We will help navigate through the shipping and payment gateway options to find a solution for you. Your customers will just love shopping on your easy to use website.
The Online Shop Package starts at US $2,400.

THE DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE You have an amazing design that you need converted to a website
You have spent the time and created the design of your dreams and we will make that dream come alive with pixel-perfect attention to detail. We will create a fully functional WordPress website using the files you supply. We just need the mock-ups to get started.
The price of the Development Package is very much dependant on the complexity of the design and the development required. Please contact us with your mockups and we will gladly quote you.
The project should have us working together for approximately one to three weeks depending on the requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
During our initial conversations and brief we will discuss all the details of your web project which will enable us to create a detailed proposal. We want to make sure that everything is 100% clear for both parties from the start. All projects are unique and so our prices are customised accordingly. That being said, our website projects start at US $1,500 and can go up to US $5,000 depending on the scope. Most websites fit comfortably within the US $1,500 to US $3,000 range.
This will be detailed in our proposal, but most web projects take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete once we have begun the strategy phase of the project. This lead time can be affected by delays in receiving content and feedback. We will detail everything required in our project management timeline and you will receive email reminders when tasks are due.
Yes we would be happy to!
We offer domain registration at R150 for a .co.za domain and $25 for a .com or international domain.
Our monthly hosting is $15 per month (or R199).
We will include the content you provide as laid out in our proposal. You will have access to a number of resources to help you create the content that is required.
We do not provide a copywriting or photography service but will be happy to refer you to some wonderful people who could help you with this.
The total project payment is divided into three according to the following structure:
- 25% non-refundable booking fee after our quote has been accepted and to book the project into our schedule
- 50% due before we start with the design and development
- 25% due when the project is finalised before it goes live and we hand over the keys
We don’t want to limit your ability to change your mind. The price at the beginning of the project is based on the number of weeks that we estimate we’ll need to accomplish everything you’ve told us you want to achieve, but we’re happy to be flexible.
If you want to change your mind or add anything new, that won’t be a problem as we’ll provide a separate estimate for those additional weeks.
We are not SEO experts, but all our websites are designed using SEO best practises and all the pages included in your proposal will have basic SEO added. We do install an SEO plugin to help you get the best out of your content and provide a video tutorial on how to use it going forward.
We are happy to refer you to SEO experts if you would like to take your SEO a little further.
Yes, of course. You will have access to our Care Package for 60 days after launch, to iron out any issues and allay any fears you may have when it comes to editing your site. Thereafter, if you would like to continue with the Care Package, it will be R500 or $42 per month.
Our Care Package includes ongoing support, website software updates, enhanced security and performance services to name a few.
If you would prefer to just request support when you need it, that is fine too. You can send us an email to support[at]creativenatives.net with all your requests and we will get back to you with an estimate and a scheduled time.
THE CARE PACKAGE Ongoing security, maintenance and technical support
Once your website is live, we will take care of all the back-end issues such as security, back-ups and software updates while you carry on with your business. Our Care Package is designed to take all the stress out of website updates, saving you time and money.
The Care Package is US $45 per month.
